Salix Project Compliance Tools allow clients to check that their project applications meet the Salix compliancy criteria for their respective loans programme. A completed compliance tool is required for each funding application made through Salix.
The current set of projects compliance tools are as follows:
Single Fuel Compliance Tool - to be used for projects that involve saving in one fuel type.
Multiple Fuel Compliance Tool - to be used when seeking Salix funding for a technology changing from one fuel type to another e.g. Boiler Fuel Switching.
Multiple Project Site Tool - can be used when more than one Salix funded project is taking place on a site. This takes an average payback across all measures included and therefore may allow more flexibility if individual measures fall outside of our compliance criteria.
In addition to the compliance tools, we have several other tools which are required for certain applications based on value and types of projects:
Business Case Template - The business case template must be completed for all projects over £100,000.
Voltage Management Load Mix Tool - This tool must be completed for all Voltage Management projects submitted for funding.
Here you can also find the following documents which are required when a project completes or if you wish to request an interim payment:
Interim Payment Certificate – to be used when looking to request an interim/stage payment for a project.
Completion Certificate – to be used when a project completes to confirm the final project costs and detail any amendments which may have taken place on completion.
