Salix's Response to the City of London Transport Strategy

The City of London’s Transport Strategy was opened for public consultation in order for comments and feedback to inform the final version of the Transport Strategy, which is due to be published in Spring 2019. The strategy intends to set out how the City proposes to design and manage its streets to ensure the Square Mile remains a great place to live, work, study and visit. The Strategy is a major opportunity to enable the continued growth of the City  as a global financial centre and its development as a major cultural destination.

Salix’s response outlines our support and recommendations for this 25-year Transport Strategy as an organisation based in the centre of the Square Mile who have a strong interest in environmental awareness and improvements.

Salix is also keen to encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing amonst the Greater London Local Authorities on current and future strategies.
