Best practice in resident engagement

Join us for an insightful knowledge-sharing session discussing the crucial challenge of resident engagement.

Held online via Microsoft Teams and led by experts from Portsmouth City Council, the session will discuss the strategies, successes, challenges and lessons that have informed experiences and supported the development of best practice with resident engagement.

Portsmouth City Council leads a housing consortium of more than 20 local authority members and has seen success implementing resident engagement tactics through the Home Upgrade Grant (HUG2) scheme. However, insights shared are likely to benefit organisations delivering through Wave 2 of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund or possibly through future waves of similar schemes.
