The End – final delivery and future impact

This is your opportunity to shape future policy and provide critical feedback on key lessons, challenges, and opportunities from your experience delivering the Home Upgrade Grant Phase 2 (HUG2).

In addition to guiding you through the lessons learned activities and reports required as a condition of grant funding, your participation will directly contribute to the final Salix report submitted to the department, ensuring that scheme-wide feedback informs future programme design and delivery improvements.

This three-part webinar series will take you through the full HUG2 delivery journey, from scheme inception to project completion, allowing for in-depth discussions relevant to each stage.

This session will focus on the final delivery phase, lessons learned for future schemes, and policy recommendations.
