High impact building decarbonisation programme showcased in Salix Annual Report & Accounts 2023-24

We’re committed to delivering governments’ net zero ambition

Today we’re pleased to release our Annual Report and Accounts 2023-2024 that highlights our dynamic and growing business delivering successful net zero programmes across housing and public sector buildings.

The 87-page document features our work over the last reporting year and also offers a glance into the future.

We are constantly adapting and supporting governments across the UK to deliver vital net zero projects. This essential work creates better places to live and work.

As well as pushing ahead with delivery, over the last year we have engaged heavily with stakeholders. We have met nearly 7,000 people at webinars, attended 40 events giving us a chance to meet people face to face, and have seen increasing numbers of visitors to our corporate website.

Through the news area of our website we continue to showcase the incredible projects and people working across our programmes, focusing on the impact they have on local communities.

Looking to the future, we will deliver our public sector schemes, including the Low Carbon Skills Fund and the recently launched Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme 4 and complete the two housing schemes we were tasked to implement,  the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund 2 and Home Upgrade Grant 2.

We will carry on working with the governments in Scotland and in Wales and other funding providers. As we successfully manage the grant and loan schemes to completion, we’ll continue to support carbon reduction targets.

Kevin added: “We are very excited about our future here at Salix, and confident that we can continue to deliver and increase our impact on net zero.”

Our Annual Report and Accounts is published on our website here as well as being available in the libraries of the Houses of Parliament and Companies House.
