Salix are no.2 on the Sunday Times Best 100 not-for-profit organisations to work for 2020!
Salix is delighted to announce being awarded no.2 on the Sunday Times best 100 not-for-profit organisations to work for 2020 - a massive leap up from no.21 in 2019!
The full list was announced on 19 February at the Sunday Times awards ceremony in London, where Salix joined the other organisations also being awarded a place on the list.
The award recognises the highest standard of workplace engagement and represents those not-for-profit organisations that understand the importance of workplace engagement and recognise and value their people.
Workplace engagement indicates that employees feel connected to one another and to the values and vision of the organisation that they work for, with individuals playing an important role in the fulfilment of a shared purpose.
Salix achieved top-10 scores in all eight factors in the Best Companies survey and came in 1st place overall for Personal Growth and 2nd place for Wellbeing. Staff feel that the training they receive is of great personal benefit and believe the experience they gain at Salix is valuable for the future.
Oliver Smith, Client Support Officer at Salix, said: “We are thrilled with our achievement! It really highlights the great work we do here at Salix and the amazing team we have.”
