Phase 3b Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme

Salix, in liaison with the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (formerly the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy), has made a number of small amendments to the Phase 3b Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme Terms and Conditions. The new conditions replace the original document, posted in July. 
 
These amendments have been outlined in the spreadsheet included in this section, called Phase 3b Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme Terms and Conditions, amends.
 
Please be aware that there are now two different versions of the Phase 3b Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme Terms and Conditions: 

• Phase 3b Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme Terms and Conditions October 2022, Economic Actors
• Phase 3b Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme Terms and Conditions October 2022, Non-Economic Actors

 
The two versions are needed to cover the differing legal requirements on public sector bodies depending on whether any economic activity is relevant to the grant award and reflect the question asked of the Applicant in the Application Portal, question number one.
