Monitoring your project

Universities are kindly requested to submit a quarterly monitoring form to Salix to update on their project progress, notifying Salix of any cost changes, risk or delays to University Carbon Reduction Fund, Universities for the Future programme or University Financial Transactions Programme projects.

Monitoring reports are a key part of how Salix assists in the delivery of energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects across Scotland.

Monitoring reports are submitted quarterly and require information such as, project timelines, any delays faced, energy and carbon savings and a project overview. This information allows Salix to assist clients with any queries or issues that may come up in the delivery of their project, as well as contributes to knowledge sharing around decarbonisation across the public sector. Additionally, this information is collated and sent to the Scottish Funding Council quarterly to update them on the progress of projects facilitated by their schemes.
